1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. spoon of powdered sugar
pinch of salt
85-100 gr. flour
1-2 tbsp. tablespoons ice water
2 large apples
2 tbsp. spoons of sugar
cinnamon to taste
Sift the flour into a bowl with the salt and sugar, add the butter cut into cubes, chop everything to get the baby (you can in a processor), add egg yolk and water, knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap in foil and put into the refrigerator.
Heat oven to 200 degrees, molds greased and floured.
Apple peel and core, cut into small cubes, mix with sugar and cinnamon.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll into thin slices, put into molds, top with apples, lightly compacted, the top cover of the test circles, carefully cut the edges, on the top to make a small incision with a knife to release steam.
Bake the cakes for 40 minutes, if the top is much rouge you can cover with foil.
Ready to shift the pies on the grill, cool.
