What you need:

  • 5 medium size apples
  • 370 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2,5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 70 g light raisins (optional)
  • apricot jam for brushing
 

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Apples peel and core and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

3. Beat softened butter with sugar using a mixer. Enter the eggs one at a time, still whisking.

4. Flour to connect with baking powder and salt.

5. Connect the egg-oil mixture with the flour, add the raisins and stir.

6. Baking dish (we had a split form with a diameter of 26 cm) vystelit baking paper and spread the dough evenly over the surface. Arrange the apples like a fan, brush a thin layer of apricot jam.

7. Bake Apple pie grandma recipe for 40-45 minutes.

 Apple pie with cherries


What you need:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. flour (140 g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (0.5 teaspoon of baking soda to extinguish vinegar)
  • 120 g starch (if you have cornstarch, you take it, the taste will be thinner)
  • 300-400 g of cherries (can use frozen, but first it needs to be defrosted)
  • butter – for greasing forms
 

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. The softened butter beat with a mixer, adding sugar in small portions. Enter the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3. Flour to connect with baking powder and starch and also small portions, add to the batter, still whisking.

4. Split vystelit form parchment (we had a form with a diameter of 22 cm), greased with a little butter.

5. Pour the batter into the pan, sprinkle cherries, each cherry carefully drown in the dough.

6. Bake Apple pie with cherries 30-40 minutes.

 Charlotte with apples and plums


What you need:

  • 3 apples (we had a strong green apples)
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 plums (or 1 orange)
  • 130 g flour
  • 100 ml cream 20% fat at room temperature
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • vanilla sugar – for dusting the apples
  • powdered sugar, cinnamon – for decoration
 

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

2. Apples clear from the skin and seeds and cut into cubes of medium size. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and zest. Add halved plums (if used plums instead of oranges, separate the citrus into slices, each slice cut in half).

3. In the sifted flour to enter the egg, stir with a whisk. Gradually pour the cream, add sugar, salt and how to beat it with a mixer. Gently stir in apples and plums (or oranges).

4. In split form, lined with parchment, put the dough and bake for 35-40 minutes.

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 150-200 grams of any berries (can use frozen)
 

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Melt the butter, cool slightly and mix with milk, sour cream, eggs, lemon zest and vanilla.

3. In another bowl, thoroughly mix the sifted flour with the baking powder, then add the sugar and stir again. To connect with products from 2 points. At this stage, do not use mixer and do not get carried away with the stirring, no lumps – the dough is ready!

4. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add to the batter. Then add the berries. Very gently stir from the bottom up.

5. Split mold covered with parchment paper and fill with dough. Bake for approximately 50 minutes.

What you need:

  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp heaped cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 0,5 teaspoon of salt
  • 180 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 2 large apples (we used "Granny Smith")
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • butter – for greasing forms
 

How to prepare:

1. Heat the oven to 190°C.

2. Sifted flour mixed with baking powder and soda, enter spices, salt.

3. The softened butter vzbit with the usual sugar and vanilla. One by one enter the eggs, not ceasing to work with a mixer.

4. Mix the flour with the beaten butter. Pour in the milk and again mix well. At this stage it is better not to use a mixer and mix the batter with a wooden spatula.

5. From apples to cut the skin, carefully cut the core and cut into thin washers.

6. Split mold (we had a form with a diameter of 24 cm) vystelit baking paper, grease the surface of the paper with butter and evenly sprinkle the bottom and sides of the 1.5 tablespoons of brown sugar. Sprinkle with lemon juice and again sprinkle with the 1.5 tablespoons of brown sugar.

7. Half of the dough pour into a form and carefully put half of the apples. Pour the second part of the test. The rest of the apples spread out on top.   • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • zest of one lemon
  • zest of one orange
  • 60 ml of milk
  • 300 g red seedless grapes (choose small grapes, this is important!)
 

How to prepare:

1. Melt the butter and allow to cool to room temperature.

2. Eggs mix with grapeseed oil, sugar, vanilla and melted butter, as it should beat with a mixer.

3. Sifted flour mixed with baking powder, salt and two types of peel.

4. Connect the egg-oil mixture with flour, pour in the milk and vigorously stir very quickly. No lumps – keep stirring!

5. Split mold (we had a form with a diameter of 22 cm) vystelit baking paper, put the piece of dough on top spread half of the grapes, pour the remaining batter. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven, pour on the dough with the remaining grapes and bake for another 30-40 minutes.

6. To give the cake to rest for about 15 minutes to get from the form and cool completely on wire rack.

 Charlotte "adults Only"


What you need:

  • 100 g raisins
  • 30 ml cognac
  • 30 ml boiling water
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 apples
  • 50 g almonds
  • 1-2 tbsp brown sugar
 

How to prepare:

1. The night before, pour the brandy and raisins with boiling water and leave overnight.

2. Beat with a mixer the sugar and softened butter. One by one enter the eggs, still whisking.

3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to egg-oil mixture. Mix thoroughly.

4. Peeled apples cut into slices.

5. Split mold (we had a form with a diameter of 22 cm) vystelit baking paper and put 3/4 of the dough. Top evenly distribute the apples, then spread the raisins along with the liquid and cover with the remaining batter. Sprinkle the surface of the Charlotte with chopped almonds and brown sugar.

6. Bake pie in a preheated 180°C oven for 50-60 minutes.

What you need:

  • 500 g pears
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 200 g of natural yoghurt or yogurt
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 40 g dried cherries (we didn't add)
 

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Pear peel and seeds, cut into cubes of medium size.

3. Beat eggs with sugar, add the yogurt or yogurt, the sifted flour, previously mixed with baking powder, salt. Thoroughly and to introduce pears with cherries.

What you need:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. To combine the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, poppy and soda. Mix thoroughly.

3. Melt the butter and cool slightly. Then mix with eggs, lemon zest and juice, add the yogurt and introduce apples, peeled and diced.

4. To combine the flour mixture with the butter-Apple, fast and mix vigorously, not making long mixing.

5. Put the dough in shape, lined with parchment, to bake Apple pie with apples and poppy seeds 40-50 minutes.

 Rye Apple pie with apples and nuts


What you need:

  • 100 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 140 g wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 g rye flour
  • 3 apples
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 handful of any nuts (we had walnut)
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 heaping tsp cinnamon
 

How to prepare:

1. 100 g of butter to melt and cool slightly.

2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites to a solid foam. Still whisking, to introduce the egg yolks and sugar, and then a thin stream pour in the melted butter.

3. Sifted flour mixed with baking powder and rye flour and add to dough.

4. Baking dish (we had a split form with a diameter of 22 cm) vystelit baking paper and pour the batter.

5. Apples clear from the skin and seeds and RUB on a coarse grater. Evenly spread on the dough, and on top put a few slices of butter (we have 20 grams).

6. Bake the pie in a preheated 180°C oven for 50 minutes.

7. Grind nuts, mix with 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.

8. 50 minutes to get the pie out of the oven, sprinkle with walnut mixture and send it back still for 20 minutes.
