Apple Charlotte Ingredients
  • 900g peeled apples
  • 100 ml of milk 3.6% fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 25g butter 82.5% fat content
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch
  • 70g wheat flour


Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs to a foamy state. Pour the sugar and beat the mass again to a state of foam. Everything should have an airy white texture.


  2. Remove the core of the apples (if any), cut the flesh with thin petals. At the very end, spray them with lemon juice to preserve the color.


  3. Melt the butter and sift the flour. Add to the egg mass. Then pour into the mass milk, baking powder and salt. Hand-mixed dough.


  4. Put the thin apple petals in the dough and stir. Cover the shape with baking paper or parchment. Silicone form is simply lubricated with a thin layer of oil.


  5. Put the dough in the mold and straighten it carefully. Sprinkle for flavor with cinnamon sugar, add a couple of slices of butter.


  6. Warm the oven to 180 degrees and cook the charlotte for about 35 minutes, looking after the dish from time to time. The finished dessert should cool in shape, then it can be served to the table.
