The ingredients
  • 500g yeast dough
  • 400g chicken fillet
  • 150g sour cream
  • 200g cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg
  • one-third tsp salt
  • peppery
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. Heat the pan at maximum heat and lay out chicken fillet sliced in small pieces.
  2. Roast it to a partial blush. Sprinkle and pepper.
  3. Mix the cheese grated on a large grater with sour cream. Stir the egg with the milk.

Preparation
  1. Better start with the test. In a convenient container, mix butter and sour cream, add an egg. Stir it all together. Then add the herbs and salt, stir again.
  2. Add the flour, knead the dough. Put the dough in a bag and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Just in time you will have time to prepare the filling and pouring.
  3. Wash, peel and cut into small pieces of pumpkin, cut the onions finely. Wash the chicken and also cut into arbitrary pieces, and then salt and pepper to taste.
  4. On vegetable oil, roast the onions, then add the chicken. Roast the onions and chicken for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the pumpkin. Roast for about 10 minutes, stirring periodically. Sprinkle the filling in a separate container and cool.
  6. Now we're preparing the pour. First, rub the cheese on a large grater.

  • 250g frozen puff dough
  • 180g cottage cheese
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 egg
