  • 20 g butter
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
 

Cooking

Sift flour and mix with salt. Pour 1 tbsp oil and warm water. Knead a soft dough. On a work surface sprinkle some flour and knead the dough 10 min. Warm a bowl grease with oil, put the dough, tighten the bowl with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. For the filling, wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces. Apples peel and remove the core, slice as well. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice. Cheese eggs with vanilla sugar. Roll the dough in a rectangular layer, to pass on to a towel and grease with vegetable oil. Put the palm of your hand under the dough and begin to slowly stretch it out until the towel fabric begins to show through the dough. Heat the oven to 175°. Grease the baking sheet with oil. The dough fruits and berries, spread the cheese, leaving the edges of the dough about 2 cm free. Butter planed and spread over filling. Preparation:

Add the semolina and cook with constant stirring about 3 min. until thick. Remove the pan with the semolina from the heat. Heat the oven to 200°. Separate the yolks from the whites, in a bowl combine cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and stir until smooth. Add semolina, mix well. Whites beat well and combine with the curd mass.   • 2 tsp flour

  • 30 g unsalted peeled pistachios
  • the leaves of lemon mint for garnish
