Soup recipe cucumber and avocado with greens
Soup, nutritious and healthier which will come up. It is very fragrant due to the different herbs and nourishing thanks to avocado.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1\2 bunch of dill, chopped
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- juice of 1\2 lemon
- a handful of ice cubes
- a little fresh Basil
- 1\2 sliced green chilies
- a handful of pumpkin seeds
- olive oil
Peel the avocado, remove the bone, add the fruit to the blender. 2.
Add dill, cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, ice cubes, season. Whisk on high until smooth, light green mass. 3.
Optionally, add more lemon or salt.4.
