List of ingredients:

  • Ripe avocado – 2 PCs.
  • Walnuts or pine nuts – 50 g.
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml.
  • Lemon – 1 PC.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Fresh garlic – 3-4 PCs.
  • Parsley – 50 g.

Method of preparation:

1. From a ripe avocado with a spoon to choose the entire pulp.

2. With half of the lemon grate peel and squeeze all the juice out.

3. Nuts calcined to get rid of the remnants of the husk. Then pound them in a mortar or grind into powder in a blender.

List of ingredients:

  • Avocado – 3-4 PCs.
  • Onions – 1-2 PCs.
  • Nuts – 50 g.
  • Apple cider vinegar – 20 ml.
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Nutmeg.
  • Dried herbs, any – 0,5-1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Avocado split in half. Remove seeds. Lubricate the surface of the slices with vegetable oil, prisolit and lay on a sheet of parchment.

2. Bake until tender for 10-15 minutes.

3. Sauté onions until transparent in butter.

4. Nuts ignited in the empty pan and sift from the remnants of the husk.

5. In the bowl of a blender put the pulp of avocado, grilled onions with butter and nuts. Add salt, nutmeg, pepper and dried herbs.

Spicy salty paste based on avocado.

List of ingredients:

  • Ripe avocado – 2 PCs.
  • Pickled cucumber – 2 PCs.
  • Black olives, pitted – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic — 3 PCs.
  • Natural yoghurt (unsweetened) – 100 g
  • Salt.
  • The chili pepper.
  • Black pepper.
  • Capers – 1 tsp. as desired.
  • Green onions – 50 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Spoon select the pulp of avocado. Peel pickled cucumbers-gherkins.

2. In the bowl of a blender put avocado pulp, chopped cucumbers, green onions, and slices of fresh garlic, spices and salt, olives.

3. First beat all in coarse mass, then gradually add unsweetened yogurt, bringing the paste to the desired consistency.

4. To serve chilled.


Spicy pate of avocado and seafood


Acute pate gives a fresh chili and ginger root. Without them, the paste will slightly sweet due to the presence in the composition of the boiled shrimp. You can use just shrimp or an equal mixture of squid.

List of ingredients:

  • Avocado – 2-3 PCs.
  • Chicken egg – 1 PC.
  • Shrimp – 200-300 g
  • Apple cider vinegar or Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 150 g. or vegetable Oil – 50 ml.
  • Pod Chile – 0,5 PCs.
  • Fresh ginger – 3 cm of the root.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Nutmeg.
  • Any greens you desire.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil shrimp in water with spices. Drain, cool them and clean.

2. The flesh of the avocado with a spoon to choose. Greens to disassemble into individual leaves, large twigs to throw away.
