Smoothie with sesame milkAll know about the benefits of calcium:

Sesame milk 8 times more calcium than in cow. Unfortunately, sesame seeds also contain large amounts of phytic acid, which can reduce the absorption of minerals. But this problem can be solved: you need to soak the sesame seeds for a few hours.
We offer you to try this recipe for a smoothie with sesame milk, orange, vanilla, dates and raspberries. Cinnamon will give the drink a special aroma and salt accentuate the sweetness and adds spice. In addition to the excellent creamy taste, it is also incredibly useful. Drink it in the morning or throughout the day to strengthen their bones and body in General.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 1 Cup (240 ml) sesame seeds, soaked for 6-8 hours
- 2 cups (480 ml) of water
- 2 large oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon + extra, to serve
- 8 fresh soft dates, pitted (if using dried, soak first)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 Cup (240 ml) raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Evening (or morning), place the sesame seeds in a jar with water and allow to soak for 6-8 hours. Drain the water. Place sesame seeds and 2 cups fresh water in blender. Whisk until smooth. Skip the sesame mixture through a sieve. Rinse the blender. Place the sesame milk back into the blender and add oranges, cinnamon, dates and sea salt. Whisk until a homogeneous dense mass. If desired, add a few ice cubes. Mash the raspberries and divide it equally among 4 bowls. Pour smoothie on top, garnish with cinnamon. Enjoy!
You can store this smoothie up to 3 days in the refrigerator.Tip:
If you just want to make sesame milk, just make it a double dose of water, a pinch of sea salt and vanilla, strain.
