  • 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp semolina,
  • salt,
  • breadcrumbs.


Beets wash and boil with skins until tender.

Ready beet peel and grate on a small grater or mince.

Grated beets put in a pot, add a little vegetable oil, heat well and stir, pour a thin stream of semolina.

Boil on low heat for 10-12 minutes.

Season with salt, cool, form patties, roll them in breadcrumbs or flour and fry until Golden brown.


Lean pumpkin pancakes


  • 1 kg pumpkin,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ Cup of semolina,
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil,
  • breadcrumbs.


Pumpkin remove seeds and peel, grate on a medium grater.

Put in a deep pan, add vegetable oil, a little water and simmer over medium heat until tender.

  • 1 kg of mushrooms,
  • 2 large onions,
  • 0.5 cups semolina,
  • vegetable oil,
  • salt,
  • breadcrumbs.

Then the mushrooms and season with salt and pour a thin stream of semolina.
