The ingredients

Preparation
  1. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, wash in cold water. Boil in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes.

  5. Break the eggs, sprinkle the flour, add the yogurt and the onions grated on a large grater.

  8. Form the cutlets and lay out on a bowl covered with parchment. Bake until ready in the oven (25-30 minutes). After 15 minutes, the cutlets must be turned over so that on the other side they turn brown.

Chicken cutlets with Beijing cabbage and corn

The ingredients
  • 1kg chicken ground
  • 700g Beijing cabbage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bulb
  • parsley
  • 100g canned corn
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. Cut and roast the onions.
  2. Put the cabbage and send it to the onions. Roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix roasted vegetables, minced meat, raw egg, crushed greens and corn. Sprinkle and pepper.
  4. Form patties, put in a fireproof dish, cover with foil. Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

  • 700g chicken fillet
  • 200g boiled buckwheat

  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper


Preparation

  2. Mix minced meat and buckwheat into a homogeneous mass.

The ingredients
  • 500g chicken breast
  • 200g lean cottage cheese
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 egg
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • unsweetened cornflakes (for breading)


Preparation
  1. Chicken fillet along with onions pass through the meat grinder. Add cottage cheese, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, greens, egg.
  2. Mix it up. Form patties, roll them in corn flakes, put them in a form slightly oiled with oil. Bake the cutlets for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Instead of cornflakes, you can use cornmeal.
  3. Cutlets with cheese are ready, good appetite!


Chicken cutlets with zucchini in the oven

The ingredients
  • 500g chicken ground
  • 400g zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • bundle of greens (dull, parsley, onion)
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil to lubricate the otter
  • foil


Preparation
  1. Grind the greens, add the salt, soften it with a fork.
  2. Add the greens to the mince.
  3. Peel off the peel and sodium on a large grater of zucchini.
  4. Mix minced meat and grated zucchini. Add the egg and salt.
  5. Zucchini gives a lot of juice, and it will be difficult to form cutlets. In order not to add extra calories with flour, we use a little trick.
