- The pan is well heated and lubricated with a small amount of vegetable oil. With a spoon, lay out the dough, form a small cake from the filling and lay on top of each pancake. Cover everything with a thin layer of dough, laying it on top of the filling.
- Roast the pancakes on both sides until blush. Keep in mind that during cooking, pancakes increase in size, so lay them out in a pan at a short distance from each other.

- 250g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp cereal mixtures (I have "7 grains")
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
- Add cottage cheese, sugar, salt to mashed potatoes.
- Break the egg and mix well.
- Ground flakes in a blender.
- Add to the cottage cheese and potatoes crushed flakes, stir again.
- Form from the resulting mass of pancakes.
- Put them on a frying pan and roast them on both sides on a medium fire.
- Serve hot with sour cream.
