Preparation
  1. In a convenient container, combine the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Beat the mixer for 2 minutes until the state of white air mass.
  2. Pour kefir and cottage cheese. Stir the mixer.
  3. Add sifted flour and soda. Stir the shoulder blade carefully. Leave the dough on the table for 10 minutes.
  4. On the heated pan pour a little vegetable oil and a tablespoon lay out the dough.
  5. Fry pancakes on a small fire, the first side under the closed lid. The other one, no lid. Put the finished pancakes on the plate.

The ingredients
  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 125ml kefir
  • 1 bulb

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100g flour
  • 1/4 tsp soda

  1. Peel the apple and grind it.

  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml kefir
  • 4 tbsp flour

  • 150g hard cheese

  • 0.5 tsp salt


Preparation
  1. First prepare the filling: sod cheese on a small grater, cut garlic with small plates, dill finely cut. Add sour cream and mix it thoroughly.
  2. Put the stuffing aside and start making pancake dough. Rub the cottage cheese with eggs, add warm kefir, flour, soda and salt. Mix the dough.
  3. The pan is well heated and lubricated with a small amount of vegetable oil. With a spoon, lay out the dough, form a small cake from the filling and lay on top of each pancake. Cover everything with a thin layer of dough, laying it on top of the filling.
  4. Roast the pancakes on both sides until blush. Keep in mind that during cooking, pancakes increase in size, so lay them out in a pan at a short distance from each other.

Cheese pancakes with mashed potatoes



The ingredients
  • 250g mashed
  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp cereal mixtures (I have "7 grains")
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. Add cottage cheese, sugar, salt to mashed potatoes.
  2. Break the egg and mix well.
  3. Ground flakes in a blender.
  4. Add to the cottage cheese and potatoes crushed flakes, stir again.
  5. Form from the resulting mass of pancakes.
  6. Put them on a frying pan and roast them on both sides on a medium fire.
  7. Serve hot with sour cream.
