— low fat cheese – one slice;

— tea with no added sugar.

Snack:

— tomato juice or vegetable juice – 1 glass;

— low fat cheese – 100 gr.

For lunch:

— chicken breast (steamed or grilled);

— garnish – cucumber, and greens.

Snack:

— mushrooms (oyster mushrooms or mushrooms);

— vegetable salad or sprouts.

For dinner:

— side dish – vegetables;

— lean fish;

— cabbage salad.

Dessert:

— cottage cheese (low fat powdered cocoa).

The presidential diet – Day three

For Breakfast:

The fifth day

For Breakfast:

— egg (boiled) – two pieces;

— lean meat – two slices of either lean poultry – two pieces;

— coffee without caffeine content.

Snack:

— juice tomatoes – 1 Cup;

— low-fat cottage cheese or low-fat cheese.

For lunch:

— fish soup;

salad "Greek". Recipe: olives, tomatoes, greens, cheese, cucumbers, and onions.

Snack:

— low fat cottage cheese;

— tomatoes;

— greens.

For dinner:

— chicken breast (steamed or grilled);

— side dish – vegetables (steamed or grilled);

— cucumber salad.

Dessert:

lemon mousse.

The presidential diet – the Sixth day

For Breakfast:

— bacon – two pieces;

— egg (soft-boiled);

— coffee (with skim milk which does not contain caffeine) or herbal tea.

Snack:

— tomato juice – 1 Cup;

cheese fat content of not more than eight percent fat or cottage cheese, fat content not exceeding eight percent fat.

For lunch:

soup with asparagus;

salad. Recipe: lettuce, tomatoes, garlic, chicken, cheese, vegetable oil.

Snack:

— low fat cottage cheese 120 gr.;

— one tomato.

For dinner:

fresh fish (grilled or steamed);

— side dish (vegetables on the grill or steamed);

— vegetable salad seasoned with a dressing.

Dessert:

— low-fat cottage cheese.

The seventh day

For Breakfast:

— scrambled eggs with the addition of mushrooms and greens;

— tea without sugar.

Snack:

— vegetable juice – 1 glass;

— low fat cheese – 100 gr.;

— greens.

For lunch:

— fish baked;

— cauliflower seasoned with sauce (low-fat) or vegetable oil.

Snack:

— low-fat cottage cheese – 100-120 grams;

— one tomato;

— greens.

For dinner:

— grilled meat;

— garnish – vegetables and herbs.

Dessert:

— low-fat cottage cheese.

During the second stage, all the efforts of the presidential planned diet aimed at weight loss. The duration of this stage has no time limit.
