Want to cook a full, hot Breakfast in 10 minutes? There is nothing easier! On the menu: cottage cheese pancakes with secret, croissant-sandwich "chicken Caesar" oatmeal and Apple pie.

Nutritionists have long convinced us that Breakfast should be substantial and preferably a network connection is required. But if you, like us, prefer to transfer the alarm clock first at 5, then 10, then another 15 minutes, then you, like us, before going to work, grab a sandwich, this Breakfast is over.

Cottage cheese pancakes with banana and coconut

Banana cakes is famous for its special rich aroma and delicate flavor. I decided to move away from classic recipes using the banana puree and added in the dough coconut and whole slices of banana. The result is a big pile of soft and fluffy cottage cheese pancakes in minutes.

RECIPE COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES WITH BANANA AND COCONUT

What you need:
200 g wheat flour
3 tbsp coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar
0.5 tsp. soda
a pinch of salt
200 g of soft cheese
40 g butter
150-200 ml of milk
2 large eggs
2 bananas
vegetable oil – for greasing the pan

fresh fruit and honey to flow

How to cook cottage cheese pancakes with banana and coconut:

1. With a whisk mix the flour, coconut, baking powder, sugar, baking soda and salt.

2. Cheese is room temperature mix with the melted butter, milk and eggs until smooth.

3. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, mix well.

4. The pan for baking grease with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Spread 1 tbsp of dough. From above to lay out, crushing several slices of thinly sliced banana.

5. When the bottom part is baked, flip the pancakes and press down with spatula. Bake another 30 seconds until cooked.

6. Serve with fresh fruit and honey.

Croissant-sandwich "chicken Caesar"





Crispy croissant and a Cup of coffee is a great start to the day. But a bun can not eat, so I decided to fill it with the famous Caesar salad, only to my own dietary interpretation. Instead of high-calorie sauce make a dressing based on a light yogurt and toppings we add avocados, so the Breakfast will be not just tasty but also very useful.

The RECIPE for CROISSANT-SANDWICH "CAESAR WITH CHICKEN" :
2 croissants
100-150 g chicken fillet
half an avocado
1 small tomato
30 grams of grated cheese
lettuce
vegetable oil – for frying

Filling:
1 tbsp thick natural yogurt
1 tsp olive oil
0.5 tsp. mustard
a few drops of lemon juice
salt, pepper – to taste

How to cook croissant-sandwich "Caesar with chicken":

1. Chicken fillet recapture and quickly fry in minimal amount of vegetable oil. Cut into cubes. Avocado cut into cubes of similar size.

2. Mix avocado and chicken.

3. For dressing mix all the ingredients until smooth.

4. Croissants cut into the side. Inside first put lettuce leaf, then thin plate of tomato, and top with chicken and avocado, pour the dressing and sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. Croissant-sandwich "Caesar with chicken" is ready!

Oatmeal Apple pie



If every day is highly beneficial porridge, it will bother anyone. Not even jam, honey and berries. I want to share my discovery, by which the boring oatmeal miraculously turned into a delicious Apple pie. Intrigued? There is no magic, the thing in the original combination of fruit and spices – just like in the classic Apple pie!

RECIPE OATMEAL APPLE PIE

What you need:
(for 2 servings)
1 large green Apple
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp cinnamon
freshly ground cloves and allspice
a handful of raisins
1 tbsp. oatmeal
salt – to taste
1 tbsp honey
butter and 1 tsp sugar – for frying

handful of walnuts, yogurt, cream, milk for feeding

How to cook oatmeal Apple pie:

1. Half an Apple cut into cubes.

2. In a saucepan, mix water, milk, spices, chopped Apple, thoroughly washed raisins and cereal. Put on low fire.

Cook 4-5 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally if necessary. At the end add salt and honey. Cover with a lid and leave for 2-3 minutes. Add a little milk if the porridge is too thick.

3. The remaining part of the Apple cut into thin slices. Fry in small amount of butter until Golden brown.

At the end add the sugar and cook until it melts.

4. Serve the kasha with roasted apples, yogurt, milk or cream. Top with the crumbled walnuts.

5. Oatmeal Apple pie is ready! published
