Breakfast is my favorite weekend start. You can slowly prepare pancakes with filling, brew strong coffee, and shamelessly have breakfast in a warm bed. I can't help myself. It is in bed that breakfast tastes best. Today I will tell you how to make pancakes with custard filling for breakfast.



We have this dish called pancakes with a heap. In them you can add a piece of chocolate or an apple, pancakes with berries are very tasty. And if you have a special pan with indentations for perfect pancakes, the inner perfectionist will be pleased. But even with imperfectly round edges, air pancakes are not inferior in taste. I will leave the video recipe at the end of the article. Now for the ingredients.



Test ingredients
  • 180g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 30g sugar
  • 2g salt
  • 3g baking powder
  • 30g vegetable oil


Cream ingredients
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 3 yolks
  • 60g sugar
  • 20g cornstarch


Preparation
  1. In a deep container beat 2 eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt with a corolla. Pour 200 ml of milk to the egg mixture and mix well.
  2. In a separate container, combine dry ingredients: sieve flour, baking powder and gradually introduce an egg-milk mixture. Then pour vegetable oil and mix it well.



  3. Now let's do custard. In a bowl, join 3 egg yolks, add sugar to them and stir. Beat the yolks with a corolla until the mixture brightens and increases in volume. Then add the corn starch and mix it thoroughly with the yolks and sugar.



  4. Pour 300 ml of milk into the pot. If desired, milk can be flavored with vanilla essence or vanilla sugar. Bring the milk to a boil, but don't wait for bubbles.
  5. Part of the milk is poured into a bowl of yolks and starch. Stir the mixture and pour it into the milk. Put the steak with milk on a small fire, and constantly stir the custard until thickened. When the cream begins to bubble, remove the saucer from the stove and let the cream cool.



  6. While the cream cools, you can get the cooked dough from the refrigerator and do pancakes. Stir the dough and warm the pan.
  7. Now the matter is small: pour 1 tbsp of dough on a heated pan. When the dough is grasped, place in the middle of 1 tbsp. l. custard and cover the second fried half. Well, press the pancakes against each other and fry them for half a minute. You can, again, make pancakes. I mean, pour dough, let him grab it, cream on top, and a spoonful of dough on it. Then the pancake is gently flipped and roasted on the other side.
