Fast diet+ cleansing the body

Basic rules Exclude from the diet: • any alcohol, coffee, fizzy drinks, packaged juices;
• all sweets – chocolate, candy, sugar;
• white bread and sweet pastries;
• dairy products;

• sauces: mayonnaise, ketchup, and others;

• potatoes, white rice, semolina;
• meat;
• high-calorie meals, fried foods, fast food;
• salt – limit to a minimum.

Include in the diet: • pure non-carbonated water, mineral water – at least 2 liters a day;
• herbal infusions (mint, Melissa, chamomile, Linden, green tea);
• porridge – oatmeal, buckwheat, brown rice, wheat germ;
• bread from sprouted grains and bran;
• milk drinks – kefir and natural yogurt;
• raw vegetables – cabbage (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts), asparagus, carrots, spinach, watercress (and other types of lettuce), beets, celery;

• fruit – citrus (grapefruit, lemon, oranges, apples, grape seed, kiwi, plums, peaches and others;
• seaweed;
• honey;
• nuts;
• legumes – beans, peas, soy products (milk, tofu);
• fish – flounder, sea bream, haddock, cod, navaga, salmon, Dorado, halibut (fish is not used more than 2 times for 7 days);
• snacking on fresh vegetables unlimited number of times. The last meal not later than 4 hours before bedtime.

Detox diet 7 daysDAY 1
On an empty stomach – a glass of warm water with 1 tsp honey and 3 tbsp lemon juice

Breakfast – porridge on water without salt with the addition of 2 tsp bran, cucumber

Lunch – asparagus for a couple of, 5 walnuts

How to cook buckwheat: buckwheat wash, pour boiling water 2 cm above the grains, cover and leave until morning on the table

Lunch – steamed fish, generously sprinkled with chopped spinach

Dinner – steamed broccoli and cauliflower, sprinkled with sesame seeds, 1 tbsp wheat germ

DAY 3 on an empty stomach – a glass of warm water with 1 tsp honey and 3 tbsp lemon juice

Breakfast – brown rice without salt, Apple or pear

Lunch – seaweed, 2 apples

Dinner – fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, tofu, 1 tbsp wheat germ

DAY 4 Fasting – a glass of warm water with 1 tsp honey and 3 tbsp lemon juice

Breakfast – porridge on water without salt with the addition of 2 teaspoons of bran, a small bunch of grapes

Lunch – fresh carrots and beets to grate on cucumbers and mix), orange

Dinner – boiled beans, tomato, 1 tbsp wheat germ

DAY 5 Fasting – a glass of warm water with 1 tsp honey and 3 tbsp lemon juice

Breakfast – steamed buckwheat without butter and salt, a half of a grapefruit

Lunch – seaweed, sprinkled with sesame seeds

Dinner – salad of fresh vegetables (celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, served with natural yoghurt, 1 tbsp wheat germ

DAY 6

Breakfast – brown rice without oil, orange

Lunch – steamed fish with lemon juice, seasoned with chopped herbs

Dinner – tofu, peach, 1 tbsp wheat germ

DAY 7 on an empty stomach – a glass of warm water with 1 tsp honey and 3 tbsp lemon juice

Breakfast – porridge on water without salt with the addition of 2 tsp bran, kiwi

Lunch – salad from fresh cabbage with chopped nuts, herbs and lemon juice

Dinner – seaweed, natural yoghurt, 1 tbsp wheat germ

Leave the diet correctly!
