Oat pancakes with apples and carrots

1 cup oatmeal flakes (which are quickly prepared)
1 cup warm milk
2 eggs
4 tbsp. spoons of sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 carrot
1 apple
about 5 Art. spoonfuls of flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
pinch of salt


Pour cereal with milk and leave to swell minutes on 10. Separate the whites from the yolks, rub the yolks with the sugar until white, salt and vanilla sugar sachet. carrot and apple grate. mixed with oatmeal, add the yolk mass. Beat the whites separately in the foam, add to the dough. take as much flour to get the dough the consistency of thick cream (about 5 tablespoons. spoons) mixed with baking powder 1ch.lozhkoy. mix well and bake until golden brown pancakes on the hot oil and serve with whipped cream or jam.
