Tasty and healthy (except for frying, of course))), pancakes!
For the preparation we need:
stanan measuring yogurt and cereal 300 ml
yogurt 1 stack
oat flakes 0, 5 stack
sugar to taste (I have 3 tbsp)
G 0, 5 tsp
soda 0, 5 tsp
baking powder 0, 5 tsp
200 g zucchini
200 g flour
oil for frying
Yogurt mixed with soda flakes and leave for 10 minutes to swell flakes.
Grate the zucchini, squeeze extra juice.
By yogurt with cereal, add salt, sugar, zucchini.
Mix the flour with baking powder, sifted to the dough. Stir and cook pancakes in the usual way, be sure the lid on low heat.
Serve the pancakes hot with jam, condensed milk or sour cream)
