Oat pancakes

• 3 \ 4 cup oatmeal
• 3 \ 4 cup plain flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• pinch of salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 \ 4 tsp soda

• 1 cup oatmeal
• 3 \ 4 cup of yogurt \ yogurt
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon melted seq. oil
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Whisk to mix the ingredients A in a large bowl. In another bowl (or pot of porridge) Stir liquid ingredients in except vegetable oil. Gently stir both mixtures so that lumps remain. Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes.
Good Heat the pan for pancakes, brush brush with oil. Spread a tablespoon of dough and bake at medium heat until browning. After turning the spatula to press sverhhu to pancakes were obtained smooth.
