The homemade dessert I’m going to talk about today has several benefits. First, it prepares very quickly and simply. Second, the treat will require only 3 ingredients. And this dish can be made both in the form of a whole cake and in the form of portion desserts. I advise you to prepare a treat both in order to understand which option you like more.

- 300g oatmeal
- 200g dark chocolate
- 400 ml of fatty coconut milk
Preparation
- To make a homemade dessert without baking, use large long-cooked oatmeal. Small flakes that cook quickly will not work, as in the end they will swell too much and turn into porridge. First of all, roast the cereal in a preheated pan. Stir the oatmeal with a spatula so it doesn't burn.
- Roast the oatmeal over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes until it roasts and exudes a pleasant oatmeal aroma. Then immediately pour the oatmeal into a deep bowl.
- Then mix coconut milk and dark chocolate, broken into pieces. In this recipe, you need to use fatty coconut milk, thanks to which the cake will freeze well. Melt the chocolate with the milk, stirring the shoulder blade. The mass must become uniform.
- Pour a hot chocolate-coconut mass into the oatmeal. Stir it all together. During mixing, the oatmeal will begin to swell and absorb the delicate taste of the pour.
- The bottom of the shape with a diameter of 18 cm with baking paper. The side can be lubricated with oil or laid with the same baking paper. The original recipe uses pieces of a dense paper file for this purpose.
- Put the oatmeal in the form and level with a shoulder blade. Knock the shape on the table to even better tamp oatmeal and get rid of excess air bubbles inside the dessert. Put the dessert in the refrigerator until it freezes completely. 3-4 hours is enough, but it is best to give the cake the whole night.
- Remove the finished cake from the form and decorate to your liking. For example, coconut shavings and grated chocolate. Bon appetit!
Oatmeal, coconut milk and chocolate are just the basis of this dessert. You can add something interesting to it. For example, nuts, cereals or even bananas. However, keep in mind that nuts and candies are likely to get wet just like the oatmeal itself.
For a more subtle and unusual taste, you can add lemon peel or orange to the chocolate-coconut mass. The cake will be even more fragrant. It is not necessary to use coconut milk. Normal cream will do. The main thing is that the product has a sufficient amount of fat, so that the dessert will freeze.
If you use regular milk or yogurt, you will not get a cake.
