1. All of the ingredients except the raspberries in a food processor, mix and whisk until smooth.
2. Remove the blade and sprinkle in raspberries, gently push it into the dough.
3. In a skillet over medium heat fry the pancakes on both sides (1-2 minutes per side).
4. You should now have 3 small or 2 medium-sized pancakes.
5. Put the pancakes on a plate and serve with yoghurt or raspberry jam.
