Pancakes from oatmeal with raspberries.



Ingredients:
Hercules - 1/2 cup
Cottage cheese (1%) - 100 g
Egg whites - 4-5 pcs
Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Raspberries (frozen or fresh) - 60-80 g
 
Preparation:
All the ingredients, except raspberries, mix in a food processor and whisk until smooth. Remove the blade and sprinkle in raspberries, gently insert it into the dough.

In a frying pan over medium heat fry the pancakes on both sides (1-2 minutes per side). Should have 3 small or 2 medium pancakes.

Put the pancakes on a plate and serve with yoghurt or raspberry jam.
