Layer green omelet
Gotta: (for 2 servings) 4 eggs 70 ml of cream (from 30%) 1 tsp flour bundle of any greens (doocrop, parsley, cilantro, tarkhun) 8 tbsp vegetable oil rye breads - for serving mix-salad salt, pepper to taste

1. Clean the apples from the skin and seeds, cut into large cubes.

Hot buns with jam and apples in caramel
Gotta: (for 4 servings) 4 tbsp cane sugar 1 tbsp butter (+ another piece if desired) 2-3 sour-sweet hard apples or pears 4 small buns (can be slightly dried) 3 tbsp cherry or plum jam 2 tbsp muesli 150g sour cream or yogurt
How to cook:
1. Put the cane sugar on the dry pan. Melt it on a medium fire. Add butter, apple slices (pears) and roast for 4-5 minutes.
2. Cut the buns along into two parts if they are not very fresh, lubricate them with butter and roast under the grill or in a grill pan. Slightly lubricate the slices with jam and sprinkle the muesli. Put roasted fruit on top and serve sour cream buns.

Gotta: (for 4 servings) 70g pumpkin pulp 200 ml of ordinary or ghee milk 100 ml of water 100g oatmeal 1 tbsp butter sugar or maple syrup - to taste 1 tbsp pecan or walnut pinch

1. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
2. Mix the milk with water, bring to a boil and pour oatmeal, stirring constantly. Add the pumpkin, reduce the fire and cook for 10-15 minutes.
3. Remove the porridge from the fire, add butter, salt, sugar or maple syrup and nuts. Stir and serve.
