How to follow an airborne diet

In addition, the air diet owes its name to the fact that all dairy products included in the diet should be low-fat. Well, I start it a week before spring, because this diet lasts exactly seven days.

Breakfast in all seven days is the same: tea without sugar, a slice of bread with butter (don’t overdo it) and a piece of cheese.

  1. Monday.
    Afternoon: steamed corn or oatmeal flakes mixed with two tablespoons of natural yogurt without additives. Lunch: buckwheat porridge boiled on water, without salt and sugar, with kefir.

    Dinner: fruit salad of any fruit, seasoned with two spoons of natural yogurt, 2 cups of pineapple juice.





  2. Tuesday.
    Afternoon: steamed corn or oatmeal, mixed with two spoonfuls of yogurt. Lunch: vegetable stew (1 medium-sized potatoes, 1 bulb, 1 carrot). All vegetables need to be cut in cubes, add a tablespoon of beans. Put everything out in sunflower oil, a little salt.

    Dinner: Cool egg, 100 grams of chicken breast, 2 glasses of pineapple juice.





  3. Wednesday.
    Afternoon: steamed corn or oatmeal, mixed with two spoonfuls of yogurt. Lunch: 100 grams of lard with a slice of rye bread, a salad of cut two bananas, seasoned with three tablespoons of yogurt.

    Dinner: mashed potatoes (no more than 200 grams, without milk and butter), 2 cups of tomato juice.





  4. Thursday
    Afternoon: steamed corn or oatmeal, mixed with two spoonfuls of yogurt. Lunch: Buckwheat porridge (without salt and sugar) with kefir.

    Dinner: fruit salad of any fruit, seasoned with two spoons of natural yogurt, 2 cups of pineapple juice.

    Before going to bed, drink activated charcoal (at the rate of 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight, but not more than 8 tablets), washing it down with at least a full glass of water.





  5. Friday.
    Afternoon: fruit salad from any fruit, half a glass of raisins. Lunch: rice boiled without salt, 50 grams of chicken breast, a glass of kefir.

    Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 glasses of orange juice.





  6. Saturday
    Afternoon: 100 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 2 glasses of green tea. Lunch: buckwheat cooked on water without salt, any vegetables and fruits.

    Dinner: salad of grated 1 carrot and 1 apple with half a teaspoon of sugar, 2 cups of unsweetened green tea.





  7. Sunday
    Afternoon: steamed corn or oatmeal, mixed with two spoonfuls of yogurt. Lunch: Vegetable stew (same as on the second day).

    Dinner: 3 bananas, a glass of apple juice.







You can start your diet any day you want, and it doesn’t have to be Monday. However, my personal experiences and those of my friends have shown that it is best to practice this diet with the new work week.

In addition to the drinks indicated in the menu, you can drink simple drinking water without restrictions. Kefir and yogurt are better to choose no more than 2% fat. Well, if we talk about salt, it is worth a little to reduce its amount. Add sugar to dishes only where it is directly indicated in the description of the diet.

And remember that dinner should be 3 or even 4 hours before bedtime.







During the passage of this diet, it is recommended to stay in the fresh air for at least 2-3 hours. So try to walk more and enjoy nature not only from the window.

The exit from the diet should be gradual and not abrupt, otherwise the weight will return.
