  • 500g zucchini
  • 250g carrots
  • 50g rye flour
  • 40g olive oil
  • 250g chicken breast
  • 300g tomatoes
  • 50g hard cheese

  • 150g milk

Preparation
  1. Grate carrots and zucchini on a fine grater. Add salt to them and leave for 20 minutes.

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut each into 4 large parts in the form of barrels. Boil 10 minutes in salted water. If the zucchini are young, then 5 minutes will suffice.
  2. Grind the dill, on a small grater, soak the brynza. If you come across a soft brynza, you can just stretch it with a fork. At this stage, turn on the oven, heat it to 180 degrees.
