  • 300g flour
  • 300g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 100g sour cream
  • 70g sugar
  • 20g vanilla sugar
  • 300 ml of refined vegetable oil
  • 150g powdered sugar


Preparation
  1. First, take a large deep bowl and rub the cottage cheese with sugar in it. Then add to the cottage cheese vanilla sugar, eggs and sour cream. Stir everything well, then start gradually introducing flour and mixing the dough.





  2. Months of dough until it is sufficiently uniform and soft. It should also stick slightly to the hands, but not much, otherwise it will be impossible to form the necessary blanks.





  3. Next, the finished dough is divided into several parts and rolled into flagella with a diameter of about 2 cm. Then we cut the flagella into equal pieces and slightly press each of them with our hand. If desired, you can leave them round or give a triangular shape.





  4. At the end, it remains only to heat the vegetable oil in a pan or deep fryer and roast the cottage cheese sticks to a golden crust on all sides. If you do not like doughnuts, just roast the chopsticks in the pan with a minimum amount of oil.

    When the chopsticks are thick enough, put them on paper towels to remove excess oil and leave to cool off.







Cooled curd sticks sprinkle powdered sugar and serve to the table with freshly brewed strong tea.
