• For cheesecakes with cinnamon prep: 200 g cottage cheese, 2-3 tbsp sugar, 1 egg, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tsp vanilla sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 pinch of salt

The cottage cheese mix thoroughly with sugar, add flour, egg and vanilla, then moisten your palms with vegetable oil or water so that the dough doesn't stick.
