I’ve been making cheesecakes for 40 years since I got married.

Here is such a simple, affordable and hearty dish, and for some reason we forget about it, and only when we suddenly stumble upon the Internet, we immediately cover ourselves with goose skin for pleasure. Oh, that's it. pan-fry! So what was it about? Buy in the store that you have under your house, a little cottage cheese - and go!

The ingredients
  • 400 g of cottage cheese (5% store)
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 2-4 tbsp flour (without a slide)
  • salt, vanillin and cinnamon to taste
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

  1. First of all, put cottage cheese in a convenient container, add salt and sugar, then stretch. Olga Papsueva washed with a fork, and we decided to do the same. It’s quick, efficient, and you don’t have to, say, wash a whole mixer afterward.



  2. Add a chicken egg to the cottage cheese and gradually flour. Continue to knead and stir with a fork until you get a dense and more or less homogeneous mass.



  3. Roll the mass into the roller. Determine its thickness yourself, depending on what size the cheesecakes will be. You do not need to knead the wand, it is enough just to form it.
  4. Cut the roller into equal parts, these will be our cheesecakes. So that pieces of cottage cheese do not stick to the blade of the knife, dip it into flour. Now the pieces can be rounded to give the cheesecakes a final shape.



  5. Put cheesecakes on a heated pan, before pouring oil into it. In order not to get burned, lay not with your hands, but with a spatula. The fire does not need to be too strong, cheesecakes can burn.



  6. Far away, too, is not worth it, toasted literally in a few minutes. It is enough to trace that one side turns brown, then turn over, brown the other side and literally cover the pan with a lid for half a minute.



  7. However, if cheesecakes are quite miniature, you can refuse the lid: well baked and so! It remains to lay out lush cheesecakes on a dish and serve on the table.





We add only a few accents: from cinnamon and vanilla you can refuse, if you do not like such combinations. You can also vary the amount of flour, sugar and salt to achieve the most optimal consistency. Serve cheesecakes with sour cream, jam, jam or honey.
