Preparation

  3. Pour sour cream into the resulting mass, add vanillin and salt. Leave it for a few minutes to make the manka swell. Monka does not clog dough like flour, but makes it airier. But do not forget that it takes more time to swell.


  4. Meanwhile, whip the squirrels to soft peaks.

  5. Put the whipped proteins in the curd mass. Stir it carefully.


  6. For cooking cheesecakes in the oven, you can use a silicone form for cupcakes. With my form, the amount of ingredients listed in the recipe is 8 pieces.


  7. Warm the oven to 180 degrees and send the form into it for 30-35 minutes.

  9. To do this, warm up the oil in the sothein. When it's liquid, add honey and cinnamon.
