  • 300g cottage cheese
  • 200g cream
  • 90g powdered sugar
  • 7g gelatin
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 300g fruit puree
  • 70g biscuits


Preparation
  1. 7 g of gelatin urine in 2 tbsp. l. cold water. After 10 minutes, gelatin in the microwave or in a water bath.
  2. Put the fruit or berry puree in cups. You can make mashed potatoes yourself: for a few minutes, send finely sliced fruits into the oven and grind them with a blender. If these are berries, they should be boiled in sotheinika and also crushed. You can also use fruit puree from the store, canned fruit or jam.
  3. Mix cottage cheese 5% fat with powdered sugar with a mixer.
  4. Crush cold fat cream to persistent peaks with a hand mixer. To whip the cream faster, you can put a bowl of cream in a bowl of ice.
  5. Stir the cream and curd mass with a spatula. And in melted gelatin add 2 spoons of cream, mix and pour gelatin into the cottage cheese mass.
  6. Stir everything well at low speed of the mixer and transfer the curd cream into a pastry bag. Put the cream on portion cups with fruit puree.
  7. Grind 70g of biscuits and sprinkle a tiny dessert. Send cheese dessert to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Bon appetit.





If the pumpkin is littered at home, you can prepare a bright juicy casserole for tea with it. The fattyness of the dish depends on what cottage cheese you use. In this case, cottage cheese is 10% fat, which makes the casserole airy.

  • 300g mashed pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp flour


Preparation
  1. Cotton cheese, 2 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp of sugar whisk the blender to a homogeneous paste-like mass.
  2. Cut the pumpkin in pieces and boil until ready, drain the excess water and beat the pumpkin with a blender. Add to the pumpkin puree 2 tbsp of sugar and 4 tbsp of flour. Stir everything well. If desired, you can add vanillin to cottage cheese and pumpkin puree.
  3. Lubricate the form for baking with vegetable oil and alternately pour the cottage cheese and pumpkin mixture. You can cook in a round form, make a pattern like in a Zebra pie.
  4. Bake the casserole in an oven heated to 180g for 60 minutes. Bon appetit.





For those who love baking, but do not want to mess with the dough, this recipe will be a wand. Instead of dough, we use lavash, and as a filling - cottage cheese with a banana. It's delicious, fast and satisfying. The best strudel for a thin waist and a good mood. In 100 g of the product 156 calories, protein - 12, fat - 5, carbohydrates - 15.

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 180g fine lavash
  • 80g sugar


Preparation
  1. Cotton cheese, sugar and eggs to homogeneity blender.
