Chocolate cake with curd.

For the filling: 250 gr. cottage cheese, 2 egg yolks, 50g. sugar, 50 g. coco chips, 3 tbsp. l. starch.
All the ingredients are thoroughly knead until smooth.
For the dough: 4 egg yolks, 4 protein, 60 g. sugar, 50 g. chocolate, 2 tbsp. l. flour, 2 tbsp. l. starch, 3 tbsp. l. cocoa, a pinch of salt, a quarter teaspoon of baking powder, a bag of vanilla sugar or 2 tsp.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar (30g) and vanilla sugar until light smooth mass. Melt chocolate in a water bath, add the egg mixture and mix well. Add sifted flour, starch, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Stir. Beat protein with the remaining sugar (30 g.) To stable peaks. Proteins enter into the dough and gradually interfere paddle downwards in the same direction.
Removable form lay a parchment. From Curd lepim balls and spread into shape. Fill the test. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees.
