Luxury chocolate dancer "Forest Song" according to the recipe of the Ukrainian hostess

I have never been particularly attracted to cooking, but recently I discovered it from an unusual side. It turned out that you can find an outlet to cook not only delicious, but also beautiful pies. It all started with the fact that I came across a video in which a beautiful Ukrainian hostess was cooking a wet chocolate cake with a bright apple layer “Forest Song”. And I wanted to do it again.

Wet chocolate cake chocolate biscuit
  • 400g kefir
  • 200g sugar
  • vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g butter
  • 40g cocoa
  • 380g flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tbsp vinegar


Green biscuit
  • 6 eggs
  • 170g sugar
  • 40g jelly or starch
  • 80g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder


Apple layer
  • 1.5 kg of apples
  • 2 bags of green jelly


cream
  • 0.7 l of milk
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 pudding bags
  • 400g butter
  • half-peel


Corge syrup
  • 70 ml of water
  • 1 tsp sugar


Glaze
  • 100g chocolate
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter


Chocolate biscuits start with chocolate cakes. To do this, pour kefir into a bowl, add soda extinguished with vinegar to it. Then add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, melted butter. Make a mixer to dissolve the sugar. After sifting into the cocoa mixture and add flour. Mix the liquid dough. Pour the dough into a parchment-covered shape. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool it and cut it in two. You can bake two at once, but you will have to spend more time.





Soak in sweet syrup, mixing sugar with water. For now, let's leave the chocolate cakes and start making the green ones. To do this, separate the yolks from the proteins. Squirrels with sugar to persistent peaks. Then add the yolks and keep whipping. Then add the apple jelly in the bag. If you do not find one in the store, you can replace it with regular starch. Then add flour and baking powder. Mix liquid air dough. For a bright color, you can add a food coloring, but this is not necessary. Put the dough in the form and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.





Now let's prepare the apple layer. To do this, wash the apples, peel and sodium on a large grater. Put them on the pan and carcasses until they are softened to a puree state. Then add two bags of green jelly. Carcase a few more minutes for the jelly to dissolve. Cut the green crust in two, too. Put a hot apple layer on top of it. Cover the other half of the biscuit. Leave it there for a while.





In the meantime, make the cream. To do this, pour half the milk into a pot with a thick bottom. Add sugar there and put it on the stove, heated over a slow heat. Pair the remaining milk with the pudding. If not, replace the same amount of starch (80 grams). Stir the mixture to uniformity. When the milk with sugar boils, gradually add milk with pudding to it. Cook until the cream thickens. Then tightly cover the cream with food film and leave to cool to room temperature. Blow the butter in a separate container. Gradually add cooled cream to it, continuing to whip. At the end, add half a lemon peel. Whip it to uniformity.





Now we fold our pie. Put half the cream on the chocolate cake. Then carefully lay out the green cake with a layer. There's more cream on top, after the chocolate cake. Don't forget to leave some cream to lubricate your sides. On top of the cake pour chocolate icing and decorate at will.
