- 1 tbsp sugar

- Place starch, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a pot with a thick bottom. Mix with a wreath. Then add the yolks and mix thoroughly. - Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave oven. It is important that the chocolate is black, with a cocoa content of at least 65%.
