- 1.5 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence or vanillin
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp water

- In a convenient container or in a bowl of a mixer, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir with a tablespoon.
- In a separate bowl pour vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla essence (can be replaced with vanilla sugar, but then it must be added to flour). Stir all the ingredients and pour the liquid into a bowl of flour.
- With the help of a mixer, start whipping all the dry ingredients along with liquid ones, and in parallel, gradually add water (room temperature) there. The dough should be uniform.
- Lubricate the baking mould or multicooker bowl with a small piece of butter. If you bake in the oven, then put it on the warm-up, if in the cooker - oil not only the bottom, but also the sides of the bowl.
- Pour the dough and evenly distribute it in shape for baking.
- If you bake in the oven, then bake the cake for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Check the readiness with a wooden stick: if the stick is dry, the crust is ready, if it is wet, bake for another 5-10 minutes. In the multicooker in the "Baking" mode, the baking is about 30-40 minutes (depending on the power of the multicooker).
- Take the cake out of the form only when it is completely cooled. For the cream, ideally, you need to melt a bar of Janduya chocolate, but if you do not have it, then any other high-quality chocolate is suitable. You can also cook chocolate fudge. Smear the cake on top with chocolate cream.
- Decorate the cake with fruit and eat it with pleasure. Bon appetit!
