home-cake! She experimented with different flavors, ingredients and additives, and each time it turned out a masterpiece. But most of all, I fell in love with the airy coffee cake, which my mom calls "Mouss Mocha."

Simple cake without baking ingredients
- 120g chocolate cookies
- 120g of maria biscuits
- 50g butter
- 200ml fatty cream
- 200g cream cheese
- 60g sugar
- 10g gelatin
- 150 ml of coffee
Glaze ingredients
- 100ml cream
- 100g milk chocolate
- 1 tsp instant coffee
Preparation
- First, make 150 ml of strong coffee. Both instant and custard coffee will do. In a warm drink, dissolve gelatin, stir well and leave for a while.
- Now take the mold for the future cake and cover its bottom with baking paper. In order for the cake to turn out neat and not to spread, it is best to take a detachable form for baking.
- Grind separately ordinary and chocolate cookies into a small crumb. Ordinary mix with melted butter. Put this mixture in a mold, tamp well and put in the refrigerator.
- In the meantime, make a coffee mousse. Put cream cheese and sugar in the container (not all, leave a couple of spoons). Fight it all with a mixer. Add here a mixture of coffee and gelatin, whip until the mass turns into air cream.
- In another container, which should be chilled, beat cold cream. When the cream thickens, without stopping whipping, add the remaining sugar. After carefully but quickly mix the cream and coffee mousse until a homogeneous mass.
- Now is the time to pack the cake. On a layer of cookies, lay out a little more than half of the mousse and evenly distribute it in shape, slightly raising the edges to form sides, and inside a recess. In this depression pour crushed chocolate cookies, straighten and lay out the remaining mousse. Cover the film and leave in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
- During this time, the cake will take shape and freeze. To decorate the cake, make a icing of chocolate and coffee. Heat the cream, add a teaspoon of coffee to them and stir until completely dissolved. Add sliced chocolate to the cream and wait until it dissolves completely. 578972
- Leave the resulting liquid cream to cool. In the meantime, remove the cake from the mold, free the paper and put it on a beautiful dish. Pour the icing on top and leave it in the fridge for another hour. And then you can serve the cake on the table!
