You need:
  • 500–600g biscuit ready-made cakes or cookies (crackers, for example)
  • 300-400g frozen cherries without seeds


For impregnation:
  • 500 g sour cream with a fat content of 20% or 15%
  • 150-180 g of sugar (incomplete tea glass)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa slide
  • 5 tbsp water


To cover the cake:
  • 100g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar


Glaze ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 3 tbsp water

Preparation
  1. A conical bowl, with a smaller diameter bottom and wider diameter edges, is lined with food film, leaving a decent stock to wrap the whole cake.



  2. Of course, you can make homemade biscuits in advance. But I don't bother, I take the shopping carts, break them into small pieces. I advise you, too. Divide the biscuit pieces into three unequal parts: you lay out the least at the bottom of the bowl, since the bottom is smaller than the edges.
  3. For impregnation, combine sour cream with sugar and stir with a corolla until the sugar dissolves. Stir a spoonful of cocoa and five spoons of water and warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds. As soon as the mixture cools, pour it into a sweet sour cream blanket. Stirring.



Cake "Pancho" without baking The first layer of biscuits pour a little sour cream. Then less than half the cherries. (I freeze the berries, pouring them a little sugar, so they do not flatten, and now you do not need sugar for the cherry layers). Again, a layer of biscuit pieces, they will go more, like the cream, because the shape expands. You lay out the remaining berries, a layer of the rest of the biscuit and already the entire cream for impregnation. Smoothing the surface of the cake with a spatula, cover the contents of the form with film and send it to the refrigerator. Two or more hours to get the whole cake soaked.



How to get a cake out of a bowl? It's very simple: you take off the top film, cover the bowl with a dish upside down and turn everything around so that the dish is on top, and the cake with a narrower top is on the dish. You release the almost finished cake from the rest of the film and prepare the cream for finishing. Approximately 100 g of sour cream mixed with two tablespoons of sugar and cover the top and sides of the cake with white cream. The last touch is glazing. Make the icing while the cake is in the fridge. Stir one tablespoon of cocoa and sugar with three tablespoons of water and also put in the microwave for 30 seconds. Before applying the glaze, you stir it, put it in a plastic bag and cut off a tiny corner - that's a homemade pastry bag. You hold it tightly in your hand and, starting almost from a dot on the top of the dessert, you draw a spiral expanding downwards. Then, with the help of a canapé sword, you draw lines from the center down, then next to it from the bottom up. You get a wavy pattern. You send a dish with cake to the refrigerator for an hour or two and set the table for tea.





And children and adults weave this treat on both cheeks. No wonder: cherry is well combined with chocolate cream, sweetness and sourness protect the product from seduction.

And cooking is easy and fast, because the main time "Pancho" is quietly in the refrigerator, and it takes twenty minutes to cook. The granddaughter with the “team” was very pleased, like a Chihuahua, eating cheese.
