- Gradually inject vanillin, baking powder and coconut shavings into the egg mixture.
- Bake the coconut cake in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Make the cream. Pour 200 ml of milk into a pot or pot and bring it to a boil.
- Another 200 ml of milk mixed with yolks to homogeneity, add starch and pudding. Stir thoroughly and pour the mixture into boiling milk. Cook the mixture for 3-5 minutes on medium heat, stirring.
- Cool the cream mixture and whip with butter, add a cappuccino and whip the cream again.
