Preparation

  3. Make strawberry compote. Pour strawberries into a thick-bottomed strawberry and tomes over a slow heat until it gives up its juice. Mix 80g of sugar with 15g of corn starch. Add sugar and starch to the strawberries, stir and boil no more than 2 minutes.

Then add 50ml of cream and put on a water bath, stirring until it thickens. After thickening, remove it from the fire. Heat 75 ml of cream and pour them white chocolate until it dissolves completely.


  6. In the custard base enter melted white chocolate. Let it cool to about 50 degrees, and then inject the swollen gelatin and stir. Prepare a detachable ring with a diameter of 16 cm and cover it with food film. Put all the mass in it. Send it to the freezer for 4 hours.
  7. Make some custard. Mix 200 g of sugar, 60 g of starch, 2 yolk and milk. Put the steak on a weak fire, stirring. Thus, bring the cream to thickening.


  8. Remove the finished cream from the fire, cover it with film and let it cool. Then move it into a bowl of mixer, add 180g of warm butter and whip to peaks. If you want, add some coconut chips.
  9. Pick up the cake. Take the cake, grease it with custard, and put strawberry compote on the cream. On top again crust, custard, on the cream apply a coconut filling, cut it with cream, and on it add strawberry compote. And add another cake.
