- Let's start with the biscuit. In a small container mix flour, cocoa and baking powder. Separately beat the eggs with a pinch of salt to a lush foam. After a little bit add sugar, without stopping whipping. It should be a homogeneous mass.
- Then add vegetable oil and half milk to the eggs. The remaining 50 ml of milk will be needed to impregnate biscuit. Hit the mix again. Now add a little flour, stirring constantly. Mix the liquid dough. Take a baking mold, grease it with butter, and then sprinkle it with flour. Pour the dough into the mold, level and send to the oven for 30-35 minutes. The temperature is 170 degrees. Then leave the biscuit to cool.
- Now let's make the icing. Mix the cocoa and sugar, then add some milk. Stir everything to uniformity, adding the remaining milk. Then put it on the fire.
