But for the holiday, this cake looks simple, although it is very tasty. So I decided to tell you how to make a biscuit cake with sour cream and cherries. I would say that this is a festive version of the “Monastic hut”.

- 3 tbsp flour
- 10g baking powder
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 8 tbsp ground almonds
- 100g margarine
- 350g flour
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 100g sour cream
- 350g cherries
Cream ingredients
- 200g sour cream
- 200ml cream
- 150g sugar
- 5g vanilla sugar
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 1 kiwi
- 350g cherries
- 30g chocolate
Preparation
- The cake is made from two types of dough. Make biscuits first. Beat 8 eggs with 8 tbsp of sugar in a lush foam. The longer the eggs are whipped, the more magnificent the biscuit will turn out. Add the sugar in a few rounds.
- 3 tbsp flour mixed with 8 tbsp ground almonds. You can replace almonds with walnuts, the main thing is that they are crushed into flour. Add to the flour baking powder and 3 tbsp breadcrumbs. Gradually mix the whipped eggs with the dry ingredients with a silicone spatula.
- Pour the dough into a baking mold 26 cm in diameter, oiled. Bake biscuit in the oven heated to 180 degrees 30-35 minutes.
- In the meantime, do the sand dough. Beat 1 egg with 2 tbsp of sugar. Add 100g margarine and 100g sour cream, 350g flour. Mixed with elastic dough.
- Divide the dough into several parts and roll them into strips 5 cm wide. Put a cherry on each strip. You can take frozen or canned, the main thing is that the cherry is dry, without juice.
- Plug the cherry strips so that the tubes turn out. Lay the tubes in a spiral to get a circle with a diameter of 26 cm, as this is the future layer of the cake. Bake straws from the sand dough on the batter at 180 degrees 25 minutes.
- Beat the egg with sugar, add starch and milk. Make custard on a slow fire.
- Beat the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the cooled cream and beat the mass to uniformity.
- Make a cake pour. Mix 200 ml of cherry juice and 1 tbsp. l. starch and bring to thickening.
- The cooled biscuit was divided into two parts. Lubricate the cake with cream, put on one biscuit layer of baked cherry tubes, cream and biscuit on top. Next, generously smear the top and sides of the cake with cream. Decorate the cake with slices of kiwi and leftover cherries. Pour a cherry juice pour on top. And sprinkle chocolate crumb on the sides of the cake.
