Biscuit cake with cherry chocolate biscuit
  • 5 eggs
  • 130g sugar
  • 20g cocoa
  • 30g vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100g flour


Cherry layer
  • 400g cherries
  • 150g sugar
  • 40g starch
  • 200 ml of water


Coconut cream
  • 700 ml of milk
  • 150g sugar
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 60g mankie
  • 100g coconut
  • 100g oil


biscuit impregnation
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum


Preparation
  1. Let's start with the biscuit. First, separate the yolks from the proteins. Blow the squirrels to the foam. After that, add the sugar and whip to persistent peaks. After that, add the yolks and keep whipping. Now add the oil and whip it again to homogeneity. At the end, we add cocoa and flour. Mix the homogeneous liquid dough. Put it in a mold and bake at a temperature of 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.



  2. The finished biscuit needs to be cooled. After that, we cut the top so that there are smooth cakes. After that, we cut the biscuit into three flat cakes. Corgi must be soaked before assembly. To prepare the impregnation, simply mix all the ingredients for it.



  3. While the biscuit cools, we'll make a cherry layer. Add sugar to the cherries and send to warm up on a slow heat. After boiling the cherries, cook for another 5 minutes. We will also need starch or cherry pudding, which is sold in stores. It must be diluted with water to homogeneity. When the cherries boil, add pudding or starch. Cook for another 2 minutes before thickening. Leave it to cool.



  4. Now we're making coconut cream. We add sugar, vanilla sugar and manca to the milk. Stir it all together and put it on the fire until it boils. When the cream begins to boil, add coconut shavings. Stir the mass, take it from the fire and add oil. The cream should also be cooled to room temperature.



  5. Now we're collecting our cake. Put a layer of cream on the crust, then a cherry layer and again the cream. Next, another crust and layers in the same sequence. We'll just have a biscuit cake on top. You can decorate it if you want. After assembly, send the cake to the refrigerator for 12 hours.
