"Why not make a puff pie with spinach, cottage cheese and chicken?" I thought.

Preparation

  2. Now meat. I had some chicken and turkey fillets, so I used that mix, and you take what you have. Cut the meat in small strips and roast in vegetable oil for 15 minutes. Then add to the meat leeks and crushed spinach. I've been taking fresh spinach, but I think frozen spinach would be fine in this cake, too. Roast the meat with onions and spinach for another 3-5 minutes. Oh, yes, more salt and pepper to taste!





  3. On a dusty flour table, thinly roll the dough. I had 1 layer of puff dough, which I cut into 2 parts. One part roll more thinly, so that it was slightly wider than the first, it will be the top of the pie.



  4. On a smaller layer of dough evenly lay out the filling, without reaching the edge of 1.5 centimeters. The stuffing is this: cottage cheese and chicken with spinach and onions. Cover the cake with a second sheet of dough and pinch the edges. Lubricate the dough with a whipped egg and then sprinkle with sesame.



  5. Bake the cake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes.
