A puff pie recipe with jam

Preparation
  1. Slightly warm the milk, dissolve the yeast in it, add a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Stir and put in a warm place until the "cap" is raised.
  2. Pour some of the flour, salt and sugar into the bowl, break the egg, pour melted butter, warm yogurt and raised yeast.

  4. Put the dough in a warm place to increase in volume by 2 times.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 separate parts.


  6. Roll out all parts in crusts with a diameter of approximately 30 cm.
  7. Make each cake melted with oil. I smeared jam through one and sprinkled poppy. Don't grease the top crust with anything.


  8. Put the lubricated cakes one on top of the other, leave for 15-20 minutes, then roll a roller into a layer of 1 cm thick.
  9. Cut the layer into strips 2 cm thick, and then into squares.


  10. Grease the mold with vegetable oil.
  11. Put in the form first side pieces of irregular shape, and then all the other cubes.

  12. Cover the form with film and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
  13. Grease the surface with yolk diluted in milk. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
  14. Bake in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, 30-40 minutes. Ready to check with a toothpick.
