I'll tell you, this cake was a great dinner. I used this cake instead of a side dish, and I took pickled mushrooms, pickles and a piece of chicken to it. It was so good, I can't put it into words!

- 120g butter
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander

- 500g potatoes
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 100g soft cheese
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
- 20g butter
- salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cheese can be taken Adyghe or brynza. It should be cut (and the one in the dough, and the one in the filling) into small pieces. Butter is also cut into pieces.
- Mix the flour with turmeric and ground coriander, then add some butter and whip it up with a blender. If there is no blender, then you can wipe everything with your hands to the condition of a crumb. Then add cheese and an egg to the dough. Mix the dough does not take long, it quickly becomes plastic. Collect the dough in a lump, cover it with food film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- While the dough is infused, cook potatoes in salted water. Pour water off the finished potatoes, crush it with a push, pour the milk and add the butter. Stir until it's mashed.
- Grind the green onions beforehand. You can replace it with dill or parsley. To the puree add sour cream, crushed greens and 3 slightly whipped eggs. More cheese. Also, don't forget to salt and pepper everything to taste. Stir the stuffing to uniformity.
- On baking paper, roll the dough. The diameter of the dough is determined by the width of its shape plus 3 centimeters from each edge for the side of the cake. With baking paper, gently transfer the dough to a buttered baking form. You can take any, detachable or whole, I have a diameter of 20 centimeters. Take the dough to the bottom and to the sides. Note that the edges of the dough should hang from the shape by 2 or even 3 centimeters. Prick the dough with a fork. Put the filling on the dough, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the form.
- Grease the top of the dough with a whipped egg, and the dangling sides of the utopia in the filling. Bake the cake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 45-50 minutes until ready.
