Preparation
  1. To begin, roll the dough in a layer of half a centimeter thick and cut it with strips 5 cm wide, and the longer - the more, the better.
  2. Put in the middle of each strip the filling with which you will make the cake.

  4. Grease the top of the cake with a whipped egg and sprinkle with sesame.
  5. Bake the cake in the oven heated to 180-200 degrees, until the dough is brown.

Preparation

Preparation

  2. Roll the dough into a rectangle of half a centimeter thick and cut it into 8 strips.
  3. Wrap these strips over the cones, then bake them in an oven heated to 240-250 degrees.
  4. While the straws are baked, it is time to prepare the filling. To do this, fill the sugar with boiling water and mix until it dissolves. Add citric acid to the solution on a moderate heat until bubbles begin to appear at the bottom of the pan.
  5. Beat the egg whites in a strong foam, and then pour them with a thin trickle into the syrup. Stir for 15 minutes.
  6. When everything is ready, fill the tubes with the resulting cream.
