- 6 eggs

- Add to the mince 1 raw egg, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Wash, chop and add parsley to the mince to give flavor and garlic. Stir it up carefully.
- Cut the mozzarella with thin plates. You'll need about 9 of those pieces.
