Friday all day cooked meat (except lamb), boiled vegetables.
Saturday and Sunday the Whole day one kind of fruit in any quantity.

Fourth week

Products in the menu are distributed on the whole day alone without any additions.

Tuesday

  • 2 slices cooked meat (200 grams)
