How to make cookies from layered dough

I was visiting a friend once. She brewed fragrant tea and put a plate of layered cookies on the table. At first glance, nothing unusual, simple homemade cookies, but after trying it, I realized that I underestimated this delicacy. The delicate creamy taste and vanilla aroma immediately captivated my sweet tooth soul.





And when I asked my friend for the recipe, I loved this cookie even more. Just three ingredients and 15 minutes for everything – the perfect combination for homemade baking. "Site" share it with you plain-dough.

Cookies from layered dough Ingredients
  • 500g puff dough
  • 0.5 condensed jars
  • 250g cream or sour cream
  • vanillin


Preparation
  1. For this cookie, I take the finished puff dough from the store, because it significantly saves time. Take the dough out of the freezer, leave it to defrost a little, then unfold the sheets and cut into small squares.



  2. Place the squares on the pan and set to bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Look at the oven, of course, but you do not need to bake more than 15 minutes so that the cookies do not burn.



  3. While the puffs are baked, it’s time to prepare a cream for them. Sour cream or greasy cream whip to lushness, then add the condensed and mix well. You can add some vanilla or cinnamon for flavor if you like.



  4. Remove the squares from the oven, transfer to a separate container and pour cream. Stir thoroughly so that the cream is distributed evenly throughout the liver.



    Leave it for an hour to soak your liver. After that, you can serve to the table.
