Mastering preparation cheesecake of gelatin

Word "cheesecake" It literally translates as cheese cake. Few people know that this dessert is very old. It was prepared before our era in Greece. Cheesecakes of that time were served at weddings and Olympiads.

The cheese cake was then brought to Rome, on the table of Julius Caesar. After that, cheesecake became the dessert of rich people. He spread throughout Europe and even looked into Ancient Russia. However, in our region it began to be called a caravan with cheese.



With the advent of pastry cheesecake has gained great popularity. Almost every housewife has made this dessert at least once in her life. For cheesecake, you do not need any dancing with tambourine - it is prepared very simply. And the ingredients don’t need much. By the way, here's a list of what we're gonna need.

The ingredients
  • 100g cookies
  • 50g butter
  • 400g yogurt
  • 100g sour cream
  • 150g cheese
  • 12g gelatin
  • 1 pack of jelly
  • 300 ml of water
  • vanilla
  • lemon juice
  • sugar




Preparation
  1. Cut the biscuits to make a small crumb. We add butter to it and mix the ingredients. Take a baking mold and cover the bottom with parchment. We lay out the cookies and press them well all over the shape. Then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.



  2. Pour gelatin with hot water and leave to swell. In the meantime, we'll do the cheese stuffing. Blend cheese and sour cream, add a little sugar to taste and mix with yogurt.



  3. We warm up the gelatin and add lemon juice to it. Stir and leave to heat up to room temperature. Pour gelatin into a cheese mass with yogurt, stir and add to the form with cookies. Put the resulting mass in the refrigerator for an hour.



  4. Take one pack of jelly and dilute in 200 ml of water. Cool the jelly and cover the surface of the cheesecake. Put the cake in the fridge for 3 hours. You can leave it for a day if time permits. Our dessert is ready.





Cheesecake is three-tiered: cookies, cheese filling and jelly on top. You can take any jelly to your taste. I prefer to use strawberry. You will see that family or guests will not remain indifferent. This dessert is love at first sight. Good luck and good appetite!
