- 200g biscuits
- 100g butter

- 700g homemade cottage cheese
- 400g peach yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 25g gelatin
- 1 peach
- 2 bags of peach jelly
Preparation
- Grind the cookie into a crumb and mix with room temperature oil (you can pour even melted). The resulting homogeneous mass is tamped into a form covered with parchment. By the way, we took a round shape with a diameter of 26 centimeters.
- Dilute the gelatin with boiled water. Let me cool.
- In a blender, whip cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Carefully pour the dissolved gelatin into the curd mass and beat everything again.
- Now lay the curd mass in the form on a layer of previously rammed cookies. Send it to the fridge for an hour and let it cool.
- Dilute in 250 ml of boiling water 1 bag of jelly. Then do the same with the second pack and let it cool.
- In the meantime, cut the peach into slices, lay out these pieces in a mold on a curd layer and pour a little cold jelly to cover the fruit. Send it back to the fridge to freeze.
- Now it remains to pour the rest of the jelly into the form and allow you to stand for a couple of hours until completely frozen.
