• 4 bananas
• 4 tbsp cocoa powder
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 2 eggs

• 500g cottage cheese
• 3 tbsp semolina
• 2 eggs
• 6 tbsp sugar
• peel

Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients for the cottage cheese layer and grind them in a blender. Stir them in a blender for at least 10 minutes so that the mass becomes uniform and without lumps. The lemon peel is first rubbed on a grater, and only then add to a blender.

2. Now make a banana layer. Mix all the ingredients in the blender for this layer and grind them to a uniform mass of about 5-10 minutes.
